Starting therapy can already feel like a big step. Questions about insurance, cost, and payment should not make the process more overwhelming.

Insurance Coverage

In Situ Counseling & Coaching currently accepts select insurance plans for virtual therapy services in Illinois.

Insurance coverage and benefits can vary depending on your specific plan.

 

If you are unsure about coverage, you are welcome to reach out before scheduling.

Private Pay Options

Private pay therapy sessions are also available for individuals who prefer not to use insurance or who have out-of-network benefits. ​​​​​

Current Rates:

  • Intake Session: (53-60 minutes): $150.00

  • Individual Therapy Session (53 minutes - 60 minutes) : $120.00

  • ​Coaching Session (45 minutes): $95.00​​​
